1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Flowtrac Orders app ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Rebel Smuggling LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the App to any third party.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App.

4. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the property of Rebel Smuggling LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Rebel Smuggling LLC may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the App. These will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Rebel Smuggling LLC may terminate your license at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Rebel Smuggling LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Smuggling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rebel Smuggling LLC concerning the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
