When will my product arrive?
Due to the increase in demand, our estimated shipping time is now 2-7 days for all orders. You can expect your order to arrive 5-14 days after your date of purchase.
When will my product ship?
This depends on the order. If it is a dry good, it can go out any day of the week, while frozen/refrigerated goods go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
When will my frozen/refrigerated product ship?
Frozen refrigerated items only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you ordered a frozen or refrigerated item on a Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sunday it will ship out on Monday or Tuesday.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order is received and again when your package leaves the warehouse and is shipped out on its way to you.
How do I track my order if I ordered as a guest?
Please email support@rebelsmuggling.com and a representative will get back to you in 24–48 hours Monday–Friday.
When should I create my account? Do you send a welcome email?
After you’ve put your desired items in your cart and wish to check out, you will be prompted to either log in, create an account, or proceed as a guest. We do not send a welcome email, but you will receive information on your orders through this account.
I created an account after I ordered but it's not showing up. How can I track my order?
Please reach out to customer service with your Sales Order number. Contact us at support@rebelsmuggling.com and a rep will respond in 24–48 hours Monday–Friday.
Can I order over the phone?
All orders must be placed online. But if you have product questions, email support@rebelsmuggling.com.
Do you have coupons?
We do not offer any coupons or discount codes at this time.
What is your return policy?
We can refund you if your order was cut, cancelled, or incorrectly shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable.
I want to cancel my order. How can I do this?
We try to cancel orders immediately, but it’s possible that the order has already been processed. If so, the order will still ship, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.
When do you charge my card?
The price is authorized at checkout, but your card is only charged after the item ships.
I want to place a bulk order. How do I get a quote?
Email support@rebelsmuggling.com with subject line "BULK QUOTE". Include item SKUs, quantity per item, your name, delivery zip code, and any relevant info (e.g. do you have a forklift?).
I am missing a product. What do I do?
