- Preparation: MIX: 8 oz Cup - Place 4 Tbsp (¼ cup) of cocoa mix into a cup. HOT COCOA: Add 7 fl oz of hot water and stir. ICED COCOA: Add ½ cup (4 fl oz) of hot water and stir. Pour over ¾ cup (3 oz) of ice. Hot Beverage Dispenser – Add an entire bag (2 lb) to 1 gal and 1 qt of hot water or milk. Stir until the cocoa mix is fully dissolved. Pour into dispensing vessel. Automatic Powdered Beverage Dispenser – Fill the hopper with cocoa mix to the machine labeled fill set. Set the machine to dispense ¼ cup of mix and 7 fl oz of water to yield 1 cup of cocoa. Adjust as necessary. Frozen Beverage Machine – Add an entire bag (2 lb) to 1 gal of room temperature water.* Stir until the cocoa mix is fully dissolved. Pour into a frozen beverage machine and freeze to 26°F. *Up to an additional quart of water may be added to achieve the desired slush level if temperature settings are not adjustable.
