Preparation: DEEP_FRY: COLD CASE PROGRAM: Heat to 165°F using one of the cooking instructions below. Allow product to cool then chill until it reaches 40°F. Transfer to display platter and place in cold case. REHEATING FROM COLD CASE: Place in microwave safe container. Microwave on high for 45 - 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. HOT CASE PROGRAM: DEEP FRY: From frozen at 350°F for approximately 2 ½ minutes until golden brown. PAN FRY: Heat small amount of oil in skillet. Place frozen potstickers in skillet and fry until slightly brown. Reduce heat to low. Add ½ cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes or until almost all water is evaporated. STEAMER: Place potstickers in steamer for 8-10 minutes. MICROWAVE: Heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Minimum internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds.
