Preparation: MIX: Combine 8.7 oz mix with 2 cups skim milk and 4 cups heavy whipping cream in a pot. Gently heat product to 185F, a low boil, stirring occasionally. Divide into ramekins and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preparation: BOIL: Combine 8.7 oz mix with 4 cups heavy cream and 2 cups milk. Whisk together in a pot and bring to a low boil on the stove top, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute until visibiy thickened. Divide into 12 ramekins and chill for two hours or until set. Optional- top with turbinado sugar and brule with a torch. Do not oven brule. Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings.
