• Preparation: COOK: Directions: 1. Lightly brown 2 quarts Rice (regular or commodity)* in 1 cup Salad Oil. 2. Add 1 package Mix and 1 gallon Water; blend thoroughly. 3. Bring to a boil; simmer (covered) 25-30 minutes. Yield: Approximately 1¾ gallons *If using parboiled rice, omit browning step.
