Made with sugar and contains no high fructose corn syrup to provide an authentic fudge taste. Mellocream has excellent draping characteristics, which may result in the operators need to use less. Lesser quality fudges will be thin and quickly slide off the sundae, prompting the need for additional pumps. This means the operator uses more fudge than he does with Mellocream to achieve the same results. Proprietary manufacturing process creates a full-bodied topping for superior draping that results in a higher yield per can and better visual appearance on finished dessert items.
