Preparation: SAUTE: Thawing Instructions: For best results, place the desired amount in a covered container. Place the container in the refrigerator for approximately 10-12 hours overnight. For quick thawing, place the desired amount of shrimp in a colander and rinse under cold running water for approximately 5-10 minutes or until thawed. Do not use hot water. Once thawed, refrigerate shrimp and eat within 2 days. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen. Thaw before cooking. Stir Fry/Sauté – Heat olive oil or butter in a large sauté pan over med-high heat. Add thawed shrimp, cook 1-3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve immediately. Boil – Heat 1 qt. of salted water & seasonings to a boil. Add thawed shrimp, boil for 4-8 minutes. Shrimp is done when meat turns opaque. Serve immediately. Optional – Drain shrimp and rinse in cold water.
