- Preparation: BAKE: To Bake and Serve: 1. Place sheet pan in CONVENTIONAL oven; preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Remove FROZEN quiche from carton; remove parchment circle. Place quiche on preheated sheet pan. 3. To repair cracked or broken dough: moisten with warm water and press over damaged area. 4. Bake in 400°F CONVENTIONAL oven for 70 - 75 minutes until top of filling is set and has darker outer ring. Center of filling will have a softer set, but will firm during cooling. Important! Baked filling must reach 165°F or higher. Ovens vary; adjust bake time and temperature as necessary. 5. Remove quiche from oven on sheet pan. Never handle hot quiche by edges of pan(s). Caution! Filling will be hot! 6. Cool quiche about 20 minutes before cutting. Serve at once, or quiche may be held in warmer set at 150°F - 160°F for up to 2 hours. 7. Cover unused baked quiche and refrigerate at once; use within 1 day. From refrigerated, reheat quiche until it reaches 165°F: Heat whole quiche in 350°F Conventional Oven 20 - 24 minutes or microwave (1000 watt oven) 1 slice on microwave-safe plate on High power 50 - 60 seconds.
