Usage: Use as a replacement for traditional eggs in any of your recipes following the substitution guidelines provided on the carton.

Preparation: PAN_FRY: Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Pour or ladle liquid eggs into pan. Let eggs set for 15 seconds or longer. Begin pulling the cooked eggs to the center of the pan, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the pan edges. Continue scrambling until no visible liquid egg remains. The eggs should appear moist, fluffy and light yellow in color. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Preparation: STEAM: Empty carton of liquid product into prepared pan and cover with film wrap. Place in steamer cabinet and steam heat for 30 minutes. Carefully remove tray from steam cabinet, stir to slightly breakup egg. Return to open steamer until fully cooked. Repeat stirring step to redistribute liquid until fully cooked and ensure even heating.
