When will my product arrive?

Due to the increase in demand, our estimated shipping time is now 2-7 days for all orders. You can expect your order to arrive 5-14 days after your date of purchase.

When will my product ship?

This depends on the order. If it is a dry good, it can go out any day of the week, while frozen/refrigerated goods go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.

When will my frozen/refrigerated product ship?

Frozen refrigerated items only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you ordered a frozen or refrigerated item on a Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sunday it will ship out on Monday or Tuesday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order is received and again when your package leaves the warehouse and is shipped out on its way to you.

How do I track my order if I ordered as a guest?

Please email support@rebelsmuggling.com and a representative will get back to you in 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.

When should I create my account? Do you send a welcome email?

After you have put your desired items in your cart and you wish to check out, you will be prompted to either log in, create an account, or proceed as a guest. We do not send a welcome email, but you will receive information on your orders through this account.

I created an account after I ordered but it's not showing up, how can I track my order?

Can I order over the phone?

All orders must be placed online, but if you have any product questions, you can reach us at support@rebelsmuggling.com, and a representative will get back to you in 24-48 hours Monday - Friday

Do you have coupons?

We do not offer any coupons or discount codes at this time.

What is your return policy?

We are able to refund you if your order was cut, cancelled, or incorrectly shipped. Shipping cannot be refunded.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do this?

We look into cancelling requested orders immediately, but it's possible that the order will have processed. In this case you will still receive your package and we are unable to process a refund.

When do you charge my card?

When you place your order, the price is authorized but the charge is not completed. We only charge your card after your item ships out.

I want to place a bulk order. How do I get a quote?

Please make a list of all your item SKUs that you'd like to order and the quantity per item that you'd like and email them to support@rebelsmuggling.com with the subject line BULK QUOTE. Please also include your name, delivery zip code and any other pertinent information. Ex. If ordering a pallet of items, do you have a forklift? We do not offer ground packing, all of our items are pallet stacked.

I am missing a product. What do I do?

My product was damaged on its way to me. What do I do?
