Food items and their shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges of products. This is an effort to preserve the food safety and ensure proper sanitation for every item that we sell.
If you ordered a product that did not ship out to you, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item and its associated shipping costs. If your item(s) were damaged or mixed up please let us know and we will either reship if in stock or refund you.

Due to current events and increased demand for food & household items our shipping times are 2-7 days from date of purchase to your door via Fedex only. Please look for a confirmation email that your item has shipped out within this timeframe containing your tracking number. Thank you.
