Gently shake off excess water/residual foam and toss with olive oil to keep from sticking and aid in texture (~1 tsp for every 8oz Banza). 4. Cover and refrigerate until service. Keeps for up to 24 hours. 5. During service, add par-cooked Banza to simmering water and cook for 30-40 seconds until heated through. Toss gently with sauce & serve immediately.
