Preparation: BAKE: Remove desired number of frozen layers of pre cut breadsticks from case (immediately return remaining layers to freezer), allow to thaw at room temperature for approximately 5 minutes. Separate individual sticks and place them approximately 1 inch apart on a greased sheet pan (if shorter sticks are desired, cut each stick in half for 6 inch sticks, or in thirds for 4 inch sticks). Brush with melted butter or margarine. Allow dough sticks to rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour or until 2 to 3 times in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for 7 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown (375 degrees for a conventional oven).
