Change to low speed and slowly add balance of water. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue mixing on low speed 2 minutes. Scale batter into well-greased or paper-lined 24x16x1-inch sheet pan. Bake: Convection Oven Standard Oven 300°F 20-25 min. 350°F 25-30 min.
