To Make One Gallon: Add 3.2 oz (1/2 cup) mix to 1/2 gallon of buttermilk and mix well. Add 1/2 gallon of mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator. Option: For low fat or fat free ranch dressing, add 10 lbs of mix to 37.5 gallons of low fat or fat free buttermilk and 12.5 gallons of low fat or fat free mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator. To make Ranch Dip: Add 10 lbs of mix to 50 gallons of regular or light sour cream. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.
