This is the second time I've ordered from Rebel Smuggling. The first time was a breeze-I ordered on 9/29 and the package was sent out for shipping on 10/1, receiving my order well ahead of when I needed it.
I was so pleased with the product that I ordered again, this time on 10/14 . By 10/20, I noticed that my order hadn't gone out yet, and I needed the product by a certain date, so I emailed customer support letting them know that time was of the essence. On 10/21, my package was sent out, and they emailed back on 10/22 with "Great news! Your order is out for delivery today!"
Unfortunately, my shipment didn't arrive on time, causing me to have to search out another supplier, to whom I had to pay an astronomical amount of money for a rush delivery.
