• Preparation: PREPARED: MAYAN MOCHA: 12 oz. serving. Mix 1.5 scoops (6 tablespoons) of Azteca D’oro Mexican Spiced Ground Chocolate™ to 10 oz. of steamed milk, and 2oz. of espresso or coffee. AZTEC ICED: 16 oz. serving. Dissolve 2 scoops (8 tablespoons) of Azteca D’oro Mexican Spiced Ground Chocolate™ to 6 oz. of hot milk, add 8 oz. of cold milk and pour over ice. AZTEC BLENDED MOCHA: 16 oz. serving. In a blender add 2 scoops (8 tablespoons) of Azteca D’oro Mexican Spiced Ground Chocolate™ to 4 oz. of cold milk, 2 oz. of coffee or espresso, and 14oz. ice.
