Preparation: BAKE: PREHEAT STANDARD OVEN TO 425°F (375°F CONVECTION OVEN). OIL lightly an 18x26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13x18-inch sheet pan for half batch. POUR 9 cups water into a 12-quart mixing bowl. ADD Corn Bread Mix. MIX with a paddle on low speed (1) for 30 seconds. SCRAPE bowl and paddle. MIX on low speed (1) another 30 seconds. POUR batter into prepared pan. BAKE in standard oven 20 to 23 minutes (17 to 19 minutes in a convection oven).
