The product is fine. I had accidentally ordered the wrong item. It took them four days to get back to me after trying to call for multiple days. By the time they got back to me, the item had already shipped. I own up to my error, but I’m still disappointed that they took so long to get back to me.
As far as shipping and everything. It was unusually warm when I ordered them in December (high 50s) and the package was insulated very well. The food was still very much frozen.
I’d order again. But just be sure you order the correct thing.
